    Zia, Zoho’s Digital Assistant

    You can use Zia to build chatbots to connect with your web visitors and app users, pull out responses from your knowledge base, and send tailored suggestions to your customers if you’re a Zoho customer. It can produce reports and maps, help enhance your writing and increase your lead knowledge.

    To be able to use Zia, Zoho customers don’t need to pay extra fees. However, only enterprise-level customers can use specific Zia skills.

    Flow XO, another chatbot, can help you gather subscriber information, respond quickly to simple questions, accept payments, and without coding, pre-filter your leads. During live chat support, it can move customer conversations from the chatbot to a human agent seamlessly.
