Fujitsu announces plans to acquire Asia-Pacific’s largest independent ServiceNow consultancy, Enable Professional Services, to reinforce its service management advisory, consulting and delivery services capability

FREMONT, CA: CRN Fast50 company and ServiceNow partner Enable Professional Services have been acquired for an undisclosed sum by Fujitsu Australia. This deal will help Fujitsu gain expertise to deliver consulting, advisory, and delivery services to customers across Asia-Pacific. Fujitsu, now combined with Enable Professional Services, will start accelerating its depth, telecommunications, financial services, and customer base in various industries. Bruce Hara, who is the chief executive, states that Enable, as a company, is always looking for opportunities to make their customers' and employees’ lives better. By joining Fujitsu, both these criteria are fulfilled as it also offers them new geographies and markets to expand to. With these opportunities at hand, Enable can create an even bigger impact on the digital market.

Following the acquisition, Enable Professional services will be operating as a standalone Fujitsu company in the future with Hara leading the operations and will also be rebranded to Enable Fujitsu company. Fujitsu’s Business Applications offerings are bolstered and are now stronger by the amenities offered by ServiceNow. One of its seven Key Focus Areas (KFAs) is now under Fujitsu’s new global Uvance business brand. An important milestone in accelerating the realisation of their Uvance vision is the investment in Enable Professional Services.

Enable Professional Services was founded in 2014. They are an award-winning ServiceNow Elite partner that implements and builds solutions that improve the overall experience for both employees and customers. This in turn enables businesses to grow and create a name for themselves in their respective industries. Enable is leading the way to digital transformation by offering several services through leading practitioners, a strong people-first culture and innovative proprietors.

The acquisition will create growth opportunities for Enable Professional Services’ current endeavours in both the global and local markets, enabling it to provide top-notch service for Fujitsu customers. Together, Enable and Fujitsu will enhance customers' digital experience delivered through specialist teams and deep-industry experience. This collaboration will help Fujitsu realise its vision of becoming a global leading DX service provider. The company is actively looking for opportunities that will help it gain popularity in domains such as cybersecurity, AI, and data analytics.
