SAN FRANCISCO, CA: GENBAND, a real time communications software solutions provider, announces the launch of an integrated, cloud-based Unified Communications (UC) and collaboration platform named ‘Realtime Connections Client’ for customers and channel partners. The offering is a combination of IBM Connections Cloud and GENBAND Kandy Business Solutions to enable enterprises to modernize legacy voice infrastructure with advanced cloud communications services for improved collaboration and productivity.
Kandy Business Solutions
Kandy Business Solutions, formerly known as Nuvia is a suite of cloud-based services designed to enable an organization to transition their business communications to the Cloud. It includes ready to use administration portals, zero touch provisioning of phones as well as a host of deployment and troubleshooting tools to reduce installation and support costs.
Realtime Connections Client
The latest solution adds real time voice and video to IBM collaboration solutions by giving their employees access to their content co-worker and customers from any part of the world with single employee directory. It brings together enterprise PBX service and video services. The solution allows GENBAND and IBM’s reseller partners to provide a complete cloud solution to the marketplace, delivered by experts in their respective fields.
