It includes ready to use administration portals, zero touch provisioning of phones as wellas a host of deployment and troubleshooting tools to reduce installation and support costs.
Realtime Connections Client
The latest solution adds real time voice and video to IBM collaboration solutions by giving their employees access to their content co-worker and customers from any part of the world with single employee directory. It brings together enterprise PBX service and video services. The solution allows GENBAND and IBM’s reseller partners to provide a complete cloud solution to the marketplace, delivered by experts in their respective fields.
