ADC, a HumanCapital Management Software, is an extension for SAP SuccessFactors on the HANA Cloud Platform. The solution helps HR professionals by providing superior, integrated document creation and management with various SAP SuccessFactors solutions including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping to automate and manage data. It helps to keep all sensitive employee data within the SAP data centres and has reporting capabilities that offer insights into key performance indicators, such as template usage and document volumes. ADC automates the production and distribution of employee correspondence through an integrated solution that increases efficiency and cost-effectiveness, while reducing implementation timelines, simplifying upgrades. It enables users to build and manage templates easily, offering a straightforward method to merge data from SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP HCM systems. With this documents can be created, edited and formatted simply and easily and can easily add, remove or format text as needed.
“As one of the first partners to adopt SAP HANA Cloud Platform, Accenture is a real forerunner. Speed to implement, best practices, ongoing innovation and extensibility are important to what our customers want from alliance partners today, and Accenture is supporting those needs,” says Mike Ettling, President, SAP SuccessFactors.
