IBM Launches New IBM Studios in Asia to Develop Enhanced Customer Experiences
Both the studios will allow clients to work side-by-side with the cross-functional team of creative designers, researchers, digital strategists and cognitive solution experts to create solutions for the world's most complex business challenges.

FREMONT, CA: IBM announces opening of two IBM Studios in Singapore and Seoul, Korea to create innovative digital experiences for clients in Asia. These two studios in the heart of Asia are designed to help clients in the region develop individualized experiences through a combination of cognitive capabilities and experience design.
The studios will host designers and digital experts from IBM Interactive Experience (iX), a team which provides next-generation services dedicated to creating personalized brand experiences. Both the studios will allow clients to work side-by-side with the cross-functional team of creative designers, researchers, digital strategists and cognitive solution experts to create solutions for the world's most complex business challenges.
TheIBM iX applies the principles of IBM Design Thinking, which takes a rapid prototyping approach to user-centric product development and IBM Design Language, a framework to inspire bold and engaging experiences.
The studios, IBM Studios Seoul, located at the IBM Korea headquarters in Yoido, and IBM Studios Singapore, located in the Marina Bay Financial Centre joins the network of 30 IBM studios, globally.
The IBM iX team is also working with Singapore Airlines to jointly develop and implement two mobile apps for Singapore Airlines' pilots. The FlyNow app will support the pilots in flight preparation, providing relevant operational information in a timely manner while the Roster app will enhance pilot awareness of their assigned duties, along with their qualification compliance for operations.
