FREMONT, CA: Infor, a provider of business application, announces version 8.3 of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with streamlined configurations. The latest platform integrates with mixed back-office systems and offers flexibility for users to access information even when they’re offline.
Infor CRM facilities updated user interface for mobile users designed & developed by Hook & Loop, company’s in-house digital design agency. With a reconfigured layout, an interface was combined to urge potency and revoke a need for user training.
Infor CRM 8.3 provides pre-configured back office integration with multiple ERP systems. It is built on the platform, Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION), a purpose-built middleware solution that delivers a simple but powerful and scalable framework which allows organizations to get software without borders.
The redesigned interface for Infor CRM Mobile 3.4 lets users store information locally on their mobile devices and cache other details so they can access information even when network connections are unavailable.
The CRM 8.3 delivers a unified platform for social, mobile and cloud. The new version is deployed with Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ), which enables customers operating in the manufacturing and distribution industry to deliver one vision from order to delivery, all through the same interface. Infor CPQ lets users capture knowledge about customizable products once, and then share with dealers and the sales force, on any device, to make selection and configuration more intuitive and error-free.
