It is built on the platform, Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION), a purpose-built middleware solution that delivers a simple but powerful and scalable framework which allows organizations to get software without borders.
The redesigned interface for Infor CRM Mobile 3.4 lets users store information locally on their mobile devices and cache other details so they can access information even when network connections are unavailable.
The CRM 8.3 delivers a unified platform for social, mobile and cloud. The new version is deployed with Infor Configure Price Quote (CPQ), which enables customers operating in the manufacturing and distribution industry to deliver one vision from order to delivery, all through the same interface.
