Kronos Offers Improved Customer Implementation Experience with Paragon Methodology

    apacciooutlook | Tuesday, January 19, 2016

LAS VEGAS, NV: Kronos, an enterprise workforce management applications and consulting solutions provider, launches Kronos Paragon, an implementation methodology for workforce central customers, realizing faster time to value in the Kronos cloud.

Kronos Paragon offers an agile implementation methodology that combines innovative technology, domain knowledge, and insights from customers across the globe with years of experience. The solution addresses the flaws of traditional workforce management implementation methods that take much time to build, configure, and test organization specific rules and compliance regulations.

Kronos Paragon offers quicker hands-on access to the working software that enables smart decision making and collaborative fine-tuning. The product maximizes agile technology and collaboration, and reduces the manual effort in system testing and documentation creation.

The proprietary technology, which is at the heart of Kronos Paragon leverages vast matrix of industry configuration building blocks. These building blocks energize customers’ deployment with working software configured for specific profiles based on organization’s size, industry and geography, and helps kronos Professionals and other industry-experienced consultants to guide those customers taking smart decisions at an early process.

The key elements such as Online Workspace, Industry Configuration, Dynamic Documentation and Accelerated Testing, improves the implementation process and ensures successful deployment of Workforce Central in the Kronos Cloud.

The Online Workspace is an interactive and collaborative workspace designed for each organization's deployment. It guides organizations in every implementation aspect that includes building project team and preparing for solution design, testing, change management, and rollout. It keeps the organizations to stay in the track of implementation by enabling easy access to the status reports.

The Industry Configurations of Kronos Paragon are preconfigured software building blocks to expedite hands-on testing with working software, reflecting each organizations particular workforce business rules.

The Dynamic Documentation of Paragon incorporates technology that reads the configuration and generates easy-to understand system documentation, and updates the documentation as the configuration changes.

Accelerated Testing eliminates the need for manual data input and reduces the substantial time required for testing and validation with the help of automated testing data sets. The online tracking system facilitates project team members to view the status of testing at any time.

“The word ‘paragon’ means a model of excellence. That’s exactly what we’ve built with Kronos Paragon by leveraging nearly 40 years of experience working with tens of thousands of customers across virtually all industries and geographies,” says Kristine Lengyel, VP, Professional Services, Kronos. “The innovative service technology behind Kronos Paragon allows us to capture the vast tribal knowledge of our global consultants and put industry-configured working software in the hands of customers quickly to truly streamline deployments and speed time to value for our Workforce Central Customers in the Kronos Cloud.”
