Lenovo Leverages Predictive Analytic Platform to Employ Data Center with Self-healing Capability

SAN JOSE, CA: Lenovo collaborates with Nimble Storage to enhance the capability of data centers by increasing its efficiency and scalability. The partnership will foster the IT enterprises to stress more on business development and spending less time in maintenance.
Lenovo’s XClarity infrastructure management software integrated with Nimble InfoSight leverages the predictive analytic platform to automate support service for better business insights. The partnership aims to employ the data centers with self-healing system management capabilities across the entire data center infrastructure, including storage, compute, and networking. The alliance further focuses to identify the problem in its early stages and take automated preventive measures to rectify it for better value to the business.
Lenovo’s XClarity
Lenovo’s Xclarity is a hardware systems management application that allows administrators to deploy infrastructure easily by integrating seamlessly into Lenovo servers, Flex System, RackSwitch networking, and S Series storage. It simplifies the task of the administrators by providing the right information to solve the critical tasks using dashboard-driven graphical user interface.
Lenovo further announces the ThinkAgile CX Series with storage capabilities based on Nimble Predictive All Flash arrays. ThinkAgile CX Series combines the hybrid storage system of Nimble with Lenovo’s rack-mount and blade servers to provide a converged infrastructure solution.
