MINNEAPOLIS, MN: Magnet 360- Salesforce partner of Mindtree- announces the availability of Community Chatbot Framework, a framework on the Salesforce Platform on Salesforce Lightning Bolt. The platform has been designed for a wide variety of businesses and caters to different kind of industrial needs by giving companies the ability to find and deploy pre-built, next-generation mobile communities and portals.
Salesforce Lightning Bolt, a pre-built solution, gives the option of selecting from a wide variety of Community Cloud Apps to accelerate customer time to market, while Chatbot technologyconnects consumers, partners, and other users to business. Community Chatbot Framework, the combined product of these technologies that makes recommendations, influence purchasing decisions, and offer options that add value from an existing app or messaging tool.
The solution, built using Salesforce Community Cloud Lightning, uses single sign-on combined with geo-location, providing efficient and effective personalization. Also the Magnet 360 team gets the advantage of working directly with the Salesforce team to build out the concepts, get to know the technology, and create the most effective tool for its customers.
