    DURHAM, NC: LOGICnow, a provider of fully cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) platform, announces the launch of new software architecture to boost up their benchmark system management platform- Max Remote Management. This innovative and ultra-responsive software infrastructure will enable IT professionals to deliver more proactive IT services in a faster and more efficient way.

    Built on the doctrine of LOGICnow, MAX Remote Management gives IT service providers’ access to real time data-driven insights derived from billions of data points collected from millions of devices managed by the tensof thousands of MSPs (Managed Services Providers).

    LOGICnow, machine learning capabilities helps MSPs derive more value from their operational dashboards and delivers actionable real-time insights tailored to the unique environment and circumstances of each and every MSP on the platform. These insights continue to evolve based on the latest interactions from individual MSPs, across the community and from broader industry trends.

    The new architecture is available to all MAX Remote Management customers with a simple upgrade to the latest version of its monitoring agent.
