TOKYO: NEC, a provider of IT services and solutions, announces partnership with UBIqube, a provider of network and security orchestration software, to reinforce its portfolio of Open Stack-based cloud infrastructure Solutions -NEC Cloud System- which is an Open Source Software building model.
NEC has integrated its- NEC Cloud System with UBIqube’s MSActivator Orchestration Framework to address the growing demand from enterprises and service operators, who are in search of orchestration agents capable to manage emerging networking trends such as Software-DefinedNetworking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV). NEC is now able to provide these services along with managing multivendor networking hardware.
