    NICE has expanded its product suite to include AI-driven automation discovery for recognizing sub-processes, proactive identification of automation workflows, and connectivity issues.

    FREMONT, CA: NICE has recently announced the unique availability of its Robotic Process Automation version 7.1. The new release can carry out comprehensive and rapid automation development and ensure business continuity. Besides handling intellectual real-time data, dashboards, and sophisticated control features, it also facilitates efficient robotic and human workforce management.

    The distinctive capabilities and benefits of the NICE RPA version 7.1 optimize every stage of the automation lifecycle by delivering various advantages. The latest AI-driven Automation Finder capabilities make possible the full discovery of added sub-processes and their variations suggested for automation. It helps the organizations to engage in smart planning and improving their automation roadmap as well as increase footprints to speed up return on investment (ROI) ultimately.

    NICE RPA’s Automation Studio is an innovative design tool equipped with a modern built-in debugger potential to display a thorough view of the automation development flow at the touch of a button. By utilizing it, developers can instantly locate issues within the automation flow and resolve them in real-time.

    The AI-supported feature of Shape Analysis drives the NEVA (NICE Employee Virtual Attendant) and the desktop environment that enables the combination of NEVA with any desktop application, legacy system, and virtual environment.

    The newest version also facilitates the IT administrators with real-time visibility into the attended and unattended robotic workforce from a single display. It provides enriched data, Power to seamlessly monitor as well as control the robotic workforce at scale and meanwhile take effective action in real-time. ML algorithms regularly observe the connectivity behavior, with reliable real-time and dashboards that represent the business impact of the breaks, prioritizing troubleshooting tasks.
