    Oracle Announced the Launch of Its Two Sales Solution for B2B and B2C Sales

    Oracle announced the launch of Customer Data Management Platform and Digital Sales Solution for Oracle Service Cloud. The Digital sales solution along with its new user-interface for sales representative is the latest addition to Oracle's cloud based Customer Experience.

    Fremont, CA: Owing to the high expectation of the B2B buyers related to timely and relevant brand engagement and interaction, Oracle has launched two new solutions. The Data management platform, along with the new Digital sales solution, is designed along with a user interface that provides better quality interaction and guides the sales representative through the process efficiently.

    Oracle's new cloud-based Customer Data management solution for the B2C services has a customer data hub that connects the data access from the desperate system. The solution uses AI tools along with machine learning to merge the data from various sources and up date that in the database.

    The two new cloud-based management solutions are designed to help the sales representatives by minimizing the database fields which are needed to be updated in the customer relationship management (CRM) records. The digital sales solution backed with Oracle's cloud-based Digital Assistant allows the sales representatives to find data on the customer account and also helps in updating product details or price information to the customer's record.

    The new data management solution has enhanced the quality of the customer experience and paved an easy way of data management for the sales representatives, dealing with both B2B and B2C data management system. Moreover, Oracle's Digital Assistant is the first application that is designed with the new Redwood User interface, which has increased the brand interaction significantly. Oracle's Digital sales solution integrates the customer relationship management activities for the sales representatives to streamline the process consisting of four steps. The launch of oracle's new cloud-based solutions has made the process of customer data management easy by reducing the complexity of the procedure and minimizing the number of fields.
