It is significant for the parking owners to have information regarding the construction of an emerging parking management system with an IoT-based technology in the best way possible.

FREMONT, CA: In a world where the most number of cities is struggling with traffic congestion and scare parking availabilities, smart parking management is the solution to all their problems.

The replacement of the traditional methods of searching for an appropriate parking spot, which can be time-consuming, with a smart parking system can be a huge time saver. The implementation of Internet of Things connected with devices like vehicles, home appliances, software, and sensors, and it can allow the objects to collect and exchange data. The parking system is designed in such a way that it is applicable for covered and opened areas as well as the street side parking. On the other hand, it consists of the components like centralized server, image capture, a navigation system, a display device, and the user device supported by IOT.

Amenities: The moment there are any changes in the availability of parking slots, the information is updated to the server instantly for which the user can access the stored information regarding the available parking spot via the internet. IoT focuses on dropping the time in searching the parking and minimizes the fuel expenditure, ultimately reducing the carbon footprints in an atmosphere. It enables the user to pre-book a parking spot by using the updated information from the server; besides, it provides a unique user ID and password for every vehicle to track it automatically from the database if stolen.

    Advantages:

By adopting a parking management system, car owners can track real-time data and insights of parking spots alongside lessening their effort to the greater extent as the technology makes it easy, convenient, and economical for them.

The mechanized parking solution helps the parking lot owner in monitoring the whole procedure through automation and provides less manual activity with low labor cost and resource fatigue.

With the emerging parking management system generation of a report on the daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis can be possible, which can enhance the customer experience and revenue production.

The system of intelligent parking management can optimize parking programs, deliver suitable solutions for drivers nonetheless provides ticket dispensers at the gates, decentralized payment collection system, and an exit ticket reader.
