Pro-Ledger Bookkeeping Software is Moving to the cloud

Apac CIO Outlook | Friday, October 01, 2021
    Tweet

Pro-Ledger Online is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services), which employs the world's most advanced security protocols and encryption. Real estate agents, landlords, truck drivers, and small business owners are becoming increasingly mobile and self-sufficient bookkeepers.

FREMONT, CA: Pro-Ledgers / Moneyledgers, a simple and inexpensive bookkeeping desktop software provider, has declared the release of its Pro-Ledger Online Cloud-based bookkeeping software solution. This launch allows users to log in from any web-enabled device to access and work on their financial records.

"We are pleased to provide our desktop clients with a new cloud-based version for improved access to their financial records. Current desktop users will be able to upload their current data to this new cloud version with a click of a button. Pro-Ledger Online users can then easily collaborate, update, and view financial information in 'real time'. Furthermore, they have instant access to new program features without having to download updates," stated Steve Penner, Owner of Pro-Ledgers.

Overall, cloud and internet technology and security have progressed. All of the features of a bookkeeping software program can now be accomplished in the cloud with fewer complications as well as risks than a desktop system.

Concerns about local computer hard drive and device failures, as well as compatibility issues, have vanished. Backups that do not exist, multiple versions of the same file, or corrupted files are a thing of the past. Data is always backed up and stored offsite when one uses cloud computing. Furthermore, tech support has been greatly reduced and simplified to only the bookkeeping program itself. Users will be confident that they are working with the most up-to-date data and the most recent version of the bookkeeping program when they log in.

Pro-Ledger Online is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services), which employs the world's most advanced security protocols and encryption. Real estate agents, landlords, truck drivers, and small business owners are becoming increasingly mobile and self-sufficient bookkeepers. This simple-to-use cloud-based program, which is available at any time and from any location, significantly improves the user experience.
