Qognify, a physical security and enterprise incident management solutions company has acquired On-Net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI) Group and the OnSSI company - SeeTec GmbH to intensify their global presence.
The solutions provided by Qognify include VMS, Video Analytics, and PSIM. The acquisition brings Qognify’s VisionHub, OnSSI Ocularis, and SeeTec Cayuga together under one roof which makes Qognify one of the largest VMS, Video Analytics, and PSIM companies in the world.
OnSSI has established itself with a goal of developing an intelligent IP video management software (VMS). With their presence in more than 100 countries and its Ocularis and Cayuga VMS solutions provide assistance in government, healthcare, education, manufacturing, retail, public safety, gaming, transportation, and utilities organization. On the other hand, Qognify has successfully delivered in projects for mass-transit infrastructure, financial services companies, large international airports and seaports, and smart city projects around the world. Therefore, on an independent level, the acquisition can establish Qognify on a dominant global position in the mid-market and enterprise sectors. SeeTec GmbH is an IP video technology globe-trotter and a leading VMS software provider in Europe. This acquisition further fortifies Qognify’s dominance in the global market.
