Rappi announced that its customer support service now will be available via WhatsApp making it easier for customers, and plans to roll out more unique plans in the future.

Fremont, CA: Rappi application announced the initiation of their customer services through WhatsApp. The clients having the Prime or Diamond categories will be offered 24*7 service. COO of Rappi, Caroline Merin commented that their user has been facing difficulties reaching the customer support team, to solve that, Rappi has decided to solve this issue by providing all-day support via WhatsApp, that will offer the users personalized attention, while ensuring efficient contact, as WhatsApp is the most used texting application. WhatsApp has also increased the ease with which the customers can address their grievances, without having to go through hectic customer care calls.

Merin also stated that Rappi aims at providing the best experience to its customers, due to which the company is willing to go beyond generic expectations. Rappi is the first service that allows customers to share their problems via WhatsApp, which has increased their competitiveness. Since last year, Rappi has launched several such unique customer services, like chat improvements. The company has pointed out that this is just the beginning as they plan to roll out more advanced strategies soon.

Across Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico, Rappi currently has 3000 employees in customer services and they serve over 250,000 clients. Rappi has its presence in 9 countries. For now, this service is offered to those having the Prime or Diamond subscription, but it will be offered in other segments as well in the future.
