Salesforce is a global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing solutions for financial services, retail, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, transportation, education, automotive, and other industries.

FREMONT, CA: Salesforce.org has announced the launch of Marketing Cloud for Organizations, a marketing technology platform aimed at assisting nonprofits of all sizes in providing better digital experiences to their supporters. Marketing Cloud for NGOs includes a native connection with Salesforce.org's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), which transforms the Salesforce CRM into a free and open-source solution for nonprofits and allows users to segment constituents, create targeted content for their audience, and more. The Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits is now accessible.

Salesforce is a global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing solutions for financial services, retail, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, transportation, education, automotive, and other industries. Salesforce.org is the company's social impact center, with the goal of developing technological solutions and products for its global community of nonprofits, schools, and philanthropic organizations of all kinds.

With Nonprofit Marketing Cloud, nonprofit companies will have access to out-of-the-box templates they can utilize to create and deliver email campaigns for donors, sustainers, subscribers, volunteers, and other audiences. Access to the full suite of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, integration with Google Analytics, native integration with Salesforce.org Nonprofit Success Pack, new data-driven outreach tools, assistance from chosen members of the Salesforce consulting partner community, and out-of-the-box access to Trailhead, Salesforce's online learning platform, is also available.

David Ragones, the SVP/GM of Nonprofit Cloud at Salesforce, stated, "Nonprofits of all sizes aspire to engage with their donors, volunteers, and other constituents at the right digital moments that matter. With Marketing Cloud for Nonprofits, organizations who are both new to Salesforce or long-time users now have an easy on-ramp to a superior constituent experience with more personalized methods of engagement."
