    Sentiance Announces Agreement with AI Base Technology to Empower the Fukurou Product for the Japanese Market

    The agreement calls for the Sentiance contextualization and personalization technologies to be integrated and deployed in the AI Base Technology platform.

    FREMONT, CA: Sentiance is has announced a new technology agreement with AI Base Technology.

    AI Base Technology is a niche Data Science startup that launched in December 2020 in Yokohama, Japan.

    AI Base Technology specializes in broad dataset analysis, human-centric behavior analysis, and personalization for TSPs (Transport Service Providers) and online payment companies, specifically in the Japanese market. AI Base Technology collaborates with a number of prestigious Japanese universities.

    The agreement calls for the Sentiance contextualization and personalization technologies to be integrated and deployed in the AI Base Technology platform.

    "The result of the technology agreement is increased contextualization of our state of the artFukurou AI product for the Japanese market," stated Korhan Saglam, CEO of AI Base Technology. "Fukurou AI is a new generation human-centric behavior analysis chatbot-integrated platform. The platform is responsive to emotional reactions and analyzes daily routines, providing practical solutions for the continuity of life using ethical artificial intelligence."

    The Sentiance framework feeds behavioral insights into the Fukurou AI platform, allowing it to refine customer experiences and boost customer engagement. The Fukurou AI platform will go live for a big Japanese TSP in September 2021.
