FREMONT, CA: Software AG- a Digital Business Platform- has entered into a partnership with Robert Bosch GmbH based on a joint agile innovation cycle with design-thinking methods to address the latest requirements of IoT solutions and deliver relevant target-oriented functionality quickly. The venture aims to provide the customers with faster and efficient innovative solutions with the Bosch IoT Cloud.

This is an initiative taken towards developing new joint services and solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0 and extend Bosch’s IoT cloud user base. Software AG’s Predictive Analytics Tools will help Bosch IoT cloud with modules for real-time data analytics and decision making. Its universal messaging integration module ensures the seamless integration and smooth operationof all components, enabling the IoT ecosystem to communicate in real time via the Bosch IoT cloud and Software AG’s in-memory data storage and processing solutions. The real-time data analytics using environmental sensors and risk assessment systems along with predictive analytics tools provide the foundation and make supply, production and logistics processes faster, more efficient and more secure.

The strategic partnership provides easier and faster development, for customers and partners of both companies, including the ongoing functional enhancement of the platform and the development of new IoT solutions. Developed IoT solutions provide necessary information edge and help prevent inefficiencies in value chains especially in manufacturing, logistics and retail sectors. The partnership will offer an open ecosystem for many different partners and users.
