BURLINGTON, MA: Taiwan Mobile Business Solution introduces multi-layer distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection service powered by Arbor’s DDoS mitigation technology for their enterprise customers.

The cloud-based protection service has a unique capability of mitigating only the attack traffic while customer-facing services remain available. Arbor APS delivers out-of-the-box, proven attack identification and mitigation capabilities to enterprises that can be deployed with little configuration, even during an attack. Its patented Cloud Signalling capability ensures the tightest integration possible between on-premise and cloud-based mitigation.

The integrated Arbor SP and Arbor TMS solutions provide on-premise protection which is focused on securing the network perimeterfrom threats against availability, particularly application-layer DDoS attacks. Arbor Networks SP provides comprehensive network visibility and reporting capabilities to detect and understand availability of threats, and improve traffic engineering. Arbor’s TMS removes distributed denial of service attack traffic from the network without disrupting key network services. It also provides comprehensive, real-time visibility into the network applications, proactively monitoring denial of service attacks.

“Taiwan Mobile Business Solution customers will benefit from an integrated on-demand solution that delivers protection from the full spectrum of modern DDoS attacks that target bandwidth, applications and infrastructure, often at the same time. Arbor has been a proponent of multi-layer protection for many years, and we are gratified that Taiwan Mobile Business Solution has decided to launch a service for their customers that follows best practice defense,” says Alex Chin, Taiwan Country Manager, Arbor Networks.
