    Robots and AI are keeping costs in check while enhancing quality and uniformity. As automated systems provide unparalleled value to hotel operators and guests, operators will see higher profitability, better staff, and increased guest satisfaction.

    Fremont, CA: Technology is impacting the hotel industry by taking advantage of the capabilities of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). Hotels are implementing robotics to make tasks more effective and efficient, increasing productivity. From housekeeping to revenue management, these technologies are developed to facilitate the advancement of the industry.

    Here are three areas where robotics are booming in the hotel sector:

    Food and Beverage

    Mobile ordering technology has transformed traditional dine-in outlets to takeouts and delivery outlets. This has enabled hotels to follow social-distancing regulations and keep guests safe. Guests, especially millennials, prefer to view, order, and pay for hotel guest services from their own device.     Hotels are utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as automated vacuums and virus-killing robots to keep guestrooms clean, allowing the housekeeping department to emphasize on lower-impact work that may not cause any back injuries. These high-tech solutions are reducing the efficiency disparities between humans and robots

    Front Desk

    Robots are now making contactless deliveries directly to guestrooms. Robot room service butler will offer an improved guest experience by undertaking tiresome tasks, freeing staff to concentrate on more extensive needs of the guests.
