FREMONT, CA: TSA Group, Australia's leading specialist in customer experience services, has been accredited as the industry's first carbon-free contact center outsourcing provider.
Climate Active, the government-backed carbon regulator, has verified TSA's certification following an audit by building services and sustainability experts.
TSA chief executive officer Luke Kenny said achieving carbon neutral status was a
a significant milestone for the company.
"Our role when providing customer experience solutions for our clients is to connect
consumers to some of the biggest brands in Australia, many of whom are well advanced in
their carbon neutral journey," Mr. Kenny remarked.
"Achieving carbon neutral status demonstrates our desire to reflect our clients' values as
they also strive for sustainable business practices. For us, it's also a process of realigning
our thinking to become more sustainable."
TSA Group's Sustainability Manager, Francis Stockwell, who also leads the company's
Green Action Team said TSA began its journey to decrease its carbon output through
partnerships with Cundall and CitySwitch, a program helping commercial tenants cut down their energy use.
