    FREMONT, CA: Research and Markets unveils a latest report on the growth of mobile unified communications and collaboration (UCC) market and finds the market to reach $18.1 billion in the forecast period 2016-2020. The report "Global Mobile Unified Communications & Collaboration Market Insights, Opportunity Analysis, Market Shares and Forecast, 2016 - 2022" foresees the UCC market share to increase by 29 percent in the Asia Pacific region.

    The multinational and medium enterprises are embarking for a single digital communications source that connects them internally and globally. This platform willprovide simpler user interface that meets all the required UCC needs by integrating and managing the complex web solutions of the organisations.

    The advantage associated with adopting UCC in enterprises will help the market to grow in the forecast period. The report states that the organisation may deploy HD as a key component for providing better services to the end users. The market finds major application in industries such as banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), healthcare, public sector, telecom and IT, retail, media and entertainment, data transportation and logistics.

    The UCC market in North America has generated revenue close to $12 billion in the year 2015. The expansion in demand of BYOD has marked the growth of UCC market in the region. The need of a cost efficient process will further drive the market to grow in the forecast period.
