LAS VEGAS, NV: VMware introduces VMware Integrated OpenStack 3, the newest release of VMware’s Openstack distribution based on Openstack Mitika release. The latest offering will help the traditional businesses transform into software companies to differentiate themselves through applications and services to provide better customer experience. VMware has introduced new capabilities to make installing OpenStack clouds easier and cost-efficient. The customers are also allowed to use the existing VMware vSphere workloads in an API-driven Openstack cloud. They can install production OpenStack Cloud in mere weeks and depend on VMware vSphere Clustering, high availability and vMotion to maintain zero downtime in production.
VMware Integrated OpenStack 3 allows theIT operations teams to provide OpenStack APIs to development teams on top of VMware infrastructure including VMware vSphere, VMware NSX and VMware Virtual SAN without deploying any new tools or additional training.

VMware latest offering have added advantage of manageability, scalability, and end user experience. The Integrated OpenStack 3 provides improved day-to-day experience for cloud admins and IT administrators. It simplifies the configuration for Nova compute service and provides a fast and efficient solution to deploy and operate OpenStack clouds on-premises.
The latest software will also allow customers to import the existing VMware vSphere virtual machines into OpenStack. This new feature will help the developers to move their key project workloads and manage them through OpenStack APIs.
