Nineleaps: Fostering Business Agility for Successful Outcomes

    Follow Nineleaps on :

    Vivekanand Jha, Co-founder and COO
Agile workspace in today’s corporate world is gaining recognition owing to its transformational benefits. However, a few organizations are still using a traditional approach built around a static, siloed, and structural hierarchy, which not only lacks effective communication but also has low productivity. Besides, the dynamic market situations, the rise of novel technologies, and changing customer requirements are forcing these organizations to deliver better products with faster iteration cycles than their competitors. In this scenario, the question is: How to monitor, optimize, and revolutionize customer’s business processes in the most efficient way? How to ensure seamless collaboration between various teams, such as designers, developers, DevOps, and quality analysts?

Nineleaps has the answer to this. A comprehensive agile solutions provider with a range of capabilities, Nineleaps is at the forefront of designing, strategizing, implementing, building, and operating high-quality agile solutions to improve the quality and responsiveness of software against fluctuating customer requirements.

“Our core agile values make us practitioners who work toward creating teams that are capable of delivering faster iterations,” states Vivekanand Jha, co-founder of Nineleaps.

OUR CORE AGILE VALUES MAKE US PRACTITIONERS WHO WORK TOWARDS DEVELOPING TEAMS THAT ARE CAPABLE OF DELIVERING FASTER ITERATIONS

The firm has also come up with a system for developing multi-skilled teams with minimum dependencies. The company takes full ownership of the product and delivers 100 percent transparency to its clients. This helps clients understand the scope of the project faster and reduce response time, depending on their change of requirement.

“To help our clients win most of their market share, we deliberately focus on the non-functional requirements to bring in product stability and performance,” says Jha.

In addition to their agile philosophy, Nineleaps has adopted extreme programming by leveraging DevOps tools and end-to-end automation, emphasizing the improvement of software quality and responsiveness to reinventing customers’ businesses. Being a practitioner of extreme programming, Nineleaps places a significant impetus on testing which includes unit and integration testing. Following the DevOps practice, Nineleaps supports continuous integration, where developers merge their code changes in a central repository and move over to continuous delivery. During the delivery process, automated tests and builds are run to release the software. The company also leverages various DevOps tools available in the market to enable firms to capture, categorize, and analyze those metrics and logs while generating alerts.
As a product engineering company, Nineleaps has gained in-depth experience in technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Java SpringBoot, Python, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Android, iOS, GoLang, and Scala. “We strive to solve customers’ engineering challenges using open source to develop a cost-effective valuable solution for our customers,” says Jha.

With the right technological know-how and in-depth understanding of the digital ecosystem, Nineleaps has helped various industries, including education, retail, mobility, finance, and more in realizing their digital transformation faster. For instance, a multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer wanted to improve access management of its wide range of products and services from groceries to household products and clothing that is used by many internal and external stakeholders. The client partnered with Nineleaps to customize and implement a plug and play User Access Management (UAM) solution to address the growing business requirements. This solution significantly reduced the engineering time, effort, and cost needed to build authorization codes, streamlined access management, and significantly improved accessibility and authentication across the board.

As a part of its future endeavors, Nineleaps plans to expand its team in Bangalore, India, by hiring 200 more professionals and also by growing its existing customer accounts. Already having offices in multiple locations, the firm is now planning to establish its footprint in the U.S. to be closer to some of its customers, and further extend its market presence. “Forging ahead, we are also aiming to constantly evolve and innovate in terms of technologies like ML/AI, big data, and advanced analytics,” concludes Jha.
