Nuclearsoft: Enhancing Enterprise Efficiency with an Integrated ERP System

Alex Lau,Marketing Director, NuclearsoftAlex Lau, Marketing Director
With an aim to stay competitive, profitable and primed for growth, modern organizations are steeped in technologies—advanced robotics, the cloud, Big Data, the Internet of Things, and AI, to name a few. However, incorporating and adopting new methodologies for enterprises saddled with legacy is a daunting task; worse yet, without an advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software that can eradicate the whirrs of legacy and meet the top priority: integration of diverse applications. Enter Nuclearsoft.

Hong Kong-based Nuclearsoft assists organizations to overcome a plethora of ERP challenges with an integrated, complete, changeable and intelligent ERP system—Nuclearsoft ERP. Since its inception, Nuclearsoft’s cost-effective solutions are driving enterprises to success with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in the realm of sales, supply chain, warehouse, financial, file, attendance, manufacture, product, website, supplier and customer relationship, and enterprise integration management. “In our pursuit of offering advanced feature sets to the customers, we upgraded the traditional ERP solution to ERP automation v3.2 which enables each process with an ERP to be captured and analyzed to generate different sales or purchase orders automatically,” explains Alex Lau, Marketing Director, Nuclearsoft.

Nuclearsoft’s ERP solutions are available in four versions—Standard, Inventory, Trading, and Production. Easy and fast to use, the standard version is specifically designed for sales and purchase management as it effectively integrates customers, suppliers, and product records.
Nuclearsoft’s inventory version facilitates users with a set of sales, procurement, inventory and integrated invoicing software, standard management company operations. The trading version enables seamless management of the account receivables. It’s a more sophisticated version of the solution with integrated logistics and strengthened management of capital flow than the previous ones. Organizations requiring a complete ERP solution can benefit from the production version that not only integrates sales, procurement, inventory, accounting, production, but also the daily operation and other modules into one system.

Nuclearsoft also offers a simple and effective development tool—TST, which works based on the idea of ‘do it yourself (DIY)’. Managers can use a drag and drop component or a simple command in the ERP, to adjust its interface based on their unique requirements. The TST technology from Nuclearsoft includes a Property Alteration and Command Set feature for customizing the platform. While its Property Alteration feature enables the users to modify software components, the Command Set’s three aspects—data control, formula customization and component function—allow adding new functions to the ERP system. Furthermore, Nuclearsoft ERP solution stands a mile ahead with more than 20 internal additional functions to let users set up their company workflow instantly without additional software customization.

While explaining the value proposition of the company’s solutions, Lau recalls an instance when the company assisted a button manufacturer struggling to add new product records. When the clients’ customers used to order different types of buttons, it required filling in detailed data each time. The button coding needed to correspond to the respective attribute code, serial number, and previous records to determine the ID of new buttons. With Nuclearsoft’s TST technology, the addition of the product was simplified by quickly creating a ‘product generator’. A series of equations were written so that previous records of similar buttons could be copied for current use. With the upgraded features, the program automatically generated codes, names, and related descriptions of new buttons.

Scripting similar success stories, the company has been a game changer to some of the leading organizations across the globe. Recently, Nuclearsoft bagged Hong Kong’s Most Outstanding Business Awards 2019. In the long run, the company is focused on enhancing their ERP system to offer Nuclearsoft online shop, Warehousing App and POS features.
