The current wave of technology-led HR transformation is leading to an escalating demand for latest tools, technologies, and secure platforms that organizations can employ to manage their data and employees’ information. NVM Group, a top-notch HR management services and solutions provider is mindful to these requirements of the HR industry. Catering to these needs, Vietnam based NVM Group offers HR services including HR and payroll outsourcing, HR compliance, and legislation services.

Driven by Passion, Innovation, Integrity, Professionalism, and Contribution, NVM Group delivers HR excellence to optimize HR capital and investments of companies in Vietnam and Indochina Region. The company provides a cloud based technology solution, which capably meets the industry standards in data and cloud-application security. The solution is developed with the aim to automate day-to-day HR administration works. Consisting of six modules, the solution can be run independently in the cloud or at clients’ local servers or as a whole package. These modules include Recruitment, HR Admin, Leave, Time and Attendance, Payroll, and Pay slip, and cover the entire spectrum from Hire-to-Retire Employee Lifecycle. The clients can also avail data integration modules by raising a request, if needed.

Detailing the company’s HR products, Huynh Minh Quan, President & CEO, NVM Group adds, “We have developed our HR products as SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions which help us stand out of the players in the market and keep advance in the unconventional business.”

We operate on the philosophy ‘Integral HR Business Partner’ and combine the local insights with international standard to integrate into and align with clients’ businesses

These SaaS based products offer immense capabilities to the clients and their employees to conveniently manage the HR processes including labour information, leave, time, pay slips etc.

Talking about the company’s ideology, Quan states, “We operate on the philosophy ‘Integral HR Business Partner’ and combine the local insights with international standard to integrate into and align with clients’ businesses.” NVM Group’s HR strategy solutions and the adoption of top-down thinking as well as bottom up understanding is prominent in its policy, system management, and in the HR operations services such as payroll, corporate secretary etc. The company also has partnerships with some of the Global Payroll Solutions Providers like RAMCO and Safeguard World International that have reaped substantial benefits for it. These associations have helped NVM Group to assist global companies with the international standards and advanced technology.

One of the company’s successful associations has been with a client in Lighting and Hi tech Industry, which was lacking HR personnel. The client was facing remote working issues and data complexities in its representative office based in Vietnam. The global firm was in a dire need for a HR representative to keep its operations streamlined. “We successfully catered to their needs with our payroll services and legal advice to overseas management. We also render corporate secretary services and act as an HR person for their Rep Office to work with Line managers and with Government in term of inspection,” elaborates Quan.

NVM Group, while serving its clients, adopts the research, performance, and integration approach for all the aspects and HR management solutions. Abiding by this approach and its core values, the company plans to become a leading HR services and products provider in the Indochina Region by 2020. To proceed in this direction, NVM Group plans to focus on rendering more flexible solutions to businesses of all sizes. In the near future, the company also envisions strengthening its M&A plans and looks forward to work with many more global partners.
