Orbus Software has been recognized by APAC CIOOutlook Magazine as the recipient of “Top Enterprise Architecture technology companies in APAC,” based on our proprietary methodology, reflecting its position in the industry. This profile has been developed by the APAC CIOOutlook research and editorial team based on insights from an interview with Andy Donoghue.

Orbus Software
One Platform for Easy Enterprise Architecture

Orbus Software

More companies these days are looking to Enterprise Architecture (EA) to provide business value and to support organizations to achieve their goals and business outcomes. EA departments today need to be involved in running the business. The work they do needs to make an impact and answer important questions that guide organizations in their development. That is where Australia-based Orbus Software comes in; its iServer for EA platform is designed to accelerate the business transformation of an organization.

iServer provides a single storage point (repository) for all catalogs, models, and documentation, making it easy for EA teams to access the information and to collaborate with each other. Working in accordance with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and IT4IT standards, the users will benefit from using the best practices for communication and consistency.

iServer works with existing EA content from legacy systems and allows for easy importing of content

iServer’s analysis tools help users perform impact analysis and manage architecture change, allowing organizations to reduce risk across all levels of their business. The platform even allows for the creation of roadmap diagram creation to see the architecture transition and to share information with the stakeholders.

When organizations migrate from a previous EA tool, more often than not, they spend more time recreating documents and models due to the lack of compatibility. However, iServer works with existing EA content from legacy systems and allows for easy importing of content, so that teams can work from the first day of deployment. The platform’s learning curve is minimal as it works with familiar Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Vision, and Excel.
