Team Ozone believes that business software solutions have become an integral part of any business entity and should function as per the business ethics and methodologies that are followed in any business house,” remarks Faisal Musthafa Ebrahim, CEO, Ozone United. Driven by this ideology, the company extends software solutions to GCC countries like Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and UAE. Founded in 2010, Ozone United attenuates rising cost of user licensing while adding new features to their existing applications for business growth. The Arabian Peninsula-based company offers best-in-class business software to deliver end-to-end consulting, testing, and technical writing services.

The firm’s flagship product ‘Ozone Insuria’ serves as a one-stop solution for Insurance Brokers. The product, designed as an ERP solution, integrates the core values of business and helps generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to analyze the company’s performance in a click. These insights contribute in digitalizing the business and address the pain areas of insurance brokers such as managing the receivables, payables, reducing the renewals lost ratio, and assisting the client during the claim process.

The product also reduces the dependency of operations on the finance department through integration with the finance module. Ozone Insuria also has the operations module, capable of issuing invoices at the point of entry and alert the user about the credit limit exhaustion.

The finance departments don’t have to analyze and evaluate the volume of business of a particular client. The invoice generated empowers the finance department to find the outstanding and allocate it accordingly. Ozone Insuria was developed to help insurance broking houses to evaluate and estimate how the business is being conducted and what are the corrective measures to be followed to improve the business.

Ozone United’s myriad of products includes Human Resource Management System, Document Management System, Property Management System, Insurance Claims Management, Facility Management System and BANK RECO that aids business in customer demonstrations.. The company is assisted by a dedicated account management team and business development managers who provide the desired operational support and come up with new initiatives to address the clients’ requirements.

The company also extends a ‘Partner Branding’ program, which assures a highly competitive margin and benefits to its customers globally. Partnering with Ozone United can help a client reap the benefits of its training program and marketing advice and to leap ahead in the evolving business landscape.

In the first quarter of 2016, the Capital Authority of Oman asked some of the Ozone United clients to submit an age analysis report. The clients with Ozone Insuria were able to submit the report without digging into hardcopies or relying on insurance companies for the details as it was already available on a day-to-day basis. The company’s solutions have catered to similar needs of many of its clients including Patrick York Bahrain, Capital Insurance Oman, Alliance Insurance Oman, Target Insurance Bahrain, and Dot Insurance Oman.

Strongly advocating that customer satisfaction is vital to the survival of any business, the company assists the insurance brokers to achieve the desired ROI. Ozone United hones its operational expertise and continues to leverage industry’s best practices and latest technologies to advance its portfolio. Faisal Musthafa Ebrahim adds, “We have been working towards incorporation of latest technologies like ‘DevExpress’and extensive usage of ‘JavaScript Object Notation’ and ‘Asynchronous JavaScript and XML’ to give a better user-friendly interface and to get maximum information about a client or business in a click.”
