PinnacleQM: Customer Focused and Quality Outcome Based Managed Services

A long the path of digitalization, organizations are not only looking to adopt new technologies but also implement Agile and DevOps practices to drive compelling improvements in IT delivery. They want to transition from offshore Managed Services to highly collaborative onsite agile teams to scale their capacity and throughput as demand needs. Organizations are now realizing the need to reduce the time bandits of Agile Delivery upon the business. Addressing these needs is PinnacleQM, a company that assist clients to adopt Agile practices and smoothen the transition to onsite Agile teams with its comprehensive suite of solutions and services. “Instead of providing all generic IT capabilities, we specialise in quality management consultancy and service solutions across the full IT delivery life cycle which means we can lead with niche, collaborative, customer-focused, outcome-based Managed Services,” says Gary Jenn, Co-Founder and MD of PinnacleQM.

PinnacleQM’s managed services fall under a clearly defined “three pillar” portfolio for accelerating client business. The first pillar deals with accelerating project delivery services using innovation in AI and ML automation to support full stack technologies. Interestingly, the company is using natural language work instruction without the need to create or maintain the typical technical coded asset. PinnacleQM drives significant Agility and project savings through team increases in scale, throughput and capacity. “Our automation platforms are scalable, using ‘Virtual Tester’ throughput and capacity to run 24/7 daily test execution cycles, thousands of man-months of testing is executed within hours,” mentions Jenn. With reductions in resources required to maintain and support assets, the company decreases the TCO which increases the ability to turn production BAU changes around within daily release cycles. At the same time, PinnacleQM enables smaller local agile teams to complete high levels of change to match traditional offshore Managed Service price points.

The next pillar is about accelerating business acceptance and certification. Services start with collaborative agile workshops with business stakeholders to clearly define a project’s Acceptance Criteria. This is then mapped within PinnacleQM's Authorized product. All agile acceptance sprints and defect rectification cycles are automatically executed. Upon a FULL PASS of the defined criteria, an evidence log is captured including real-time video and screenshots and made available to users to view and sign off online. Saving time and cost by removing the need to allocate business users out of their day job to support multiple sprint cycles.
Finally, PinnacleQM provides accelerated business services that are fully tailored and focused upon accelerating the capacity and throughput of business teams via the use of leading ML and AI business-friendly automation solutions. These services cover a range of offerings for different industries, technologies and start with simple RPA transaction automation, through to the full end-to-end business process automation. “We are now working with customers to define and deliver business process slithers as a Managed Service to maximize the savings and returns available by automation to enable business team capacity and expertise to focus on innovation and high-value activities,” states Jenn. All services are defined with a documented and agreed service roadmap including both ongoing delivery improvement and transformation tracks. “Overall, improving client outcome quality, increasing IT effectiveness and reducing IT change time to market is our ‘Raison Détre’ or reason for being,” exclaims Jenn.

PinnacleQM supports multiple industries with its pure outcome focused Managed Services from a service improvement, delivery, and commercial basis. The innovation and our focus upon outcomes set PinnacleQM apart from traditional competitors and is getting them industry recognition. One such client is National Bank that reduced its resources from 125 for quarterly releases to 12 for fortnightly releases, by removing traditional automation tools and offshore Managed Service Delivery model in favour of PinnacleQM’s automation platform services.

The company’s understanding of the industry comes from the background of both of its founding Directors who have over 28 years of experience which is not common in a rapidly evolving market within APAC. Similarly, the company’s senior leaders have successfully defined, led and managed major global client managed service accounts and delivery. All having managed delivery practices and learnt the shortfalls of the traditional Tier 1 Global provider’s not being lean and agile enough to be able to adapt to clients changing demands.“The level of innovation and focus upon outcomes that we are providing sets us apart from the competitors and getting us industry recognition for leading service provider within the Agile and DevOps space,” reveals Jenn. With such skilled professionals, PinnacleQM has a carefully plotted roadmap that includes a controlled client adoption and international growth strategy to ensure the highest quality of service and customer outcomes. The company will continue to improve its services and offerings working with customers to provide accelerated business and delivery outcomes. Along the same lines, the company plans to invest in advancing its proprietary automation platforms and continue to drive delivery collaboration, simple as possible, non-technical, code free and business useable services. With the continued development of PinnacleQM’s AI and ML Automation capability within its platforms to support new and advanced technologies such as autonomous and connect vehicles.

Throwing light on the expansion of its RPA and business process automation platform capability, Aurora, Jenn comments, “We are incorporating user-friendly business interface supporting all technologies full stack to fully automate complete end to end organization-wide processes."

Geographically, PinnacleQM will continue to manage growth from Australia and New Zealand, across the wider APAC region, expanding out from our Singapore base. With a clear business strategy to increase its European and US footprints as a matter of importance.“A critical part of our growth strategy is building great local, regional teams, industry expertise and further expand our value-add partnerships and collaborative ecosystems,” Jenn concludes.
