‘Technology’ is not just a term, but a revolution that has compelled every sector, market and business to evolve. From simple business processes to complicated management systems and methodologies, the advent of technology has touched everything. In the past few years, majority of businesses have evolved infusing technology into their operations. And, this has triggered the need for technological support from specialised IT firms. The specialised tech companies hold expertise in specific technologies that are widely being deployed in a majority of setups across numerous verticals. One such extensively used technology is Oracle, which is indisputably one of the endearing technologies that have been implemented across verticals all across the globe.

Businesses that have implemented Oracle often need assistance from the companies that are armed with the know-how of the product. This need was identified well by a group of three passionate technology enthusiasts, who then allied to form a company that provides consulting and training services for Oracle. This alliance gave birth to Risorsa Umana Solutions Pte. Ltd., also known as RAMS Solutions. The organization was incorporated as an Oracle PeopleSoft Consulting Partner in 2008, when the technological space was witnessing a significant boom.

Headquartered in Singapore, RAMS Solutions is a new age technology corporation that emerged out of its founding team’s affection for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.
Armed with the in-depth knowledge of IT consulting and HR outsourcing and know-how of intricacies involved in consulting, the team embarked on an arduous journey. The organization’s vision was to offer an inventive and user- friendly experience to its clientele. RAMS serves Oracle clients seeking support for Human Resource applications.

The company offers consistent support for Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) across the Asia Pacific region. “RAMS assist clients in eliminating the need to hire a large IT team to maintain the application, allowing end users to use the system smoothly and reduce the wastage of time in approval submission and ensuring optimum usage of the system to transform HR,” explains Clement Tan, CEO, RAMS Solutions. The company also focuses on Oracle HCM Cloud service, for which significant investments of funds and resources have also been made in the past two years. These initiatives along with the industry certifications obtained by RAMS, have enable the company to reach newer heights.

RAMS, within a short span of five years has successfully spread its wings across Asia Pacific region. Abiding by its rigorous expansion plans, the organization moved on to expand to Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. It has even managed to attain MSC status for its Malaysian setup. The organization has also setup RAMS Pinnacle centre of excellence so as to gather and define skills to streamline knowledge within the company. These efforts coupled with the industry expertise have enabled RAMS Solutions garner a vast client base all across the APAC region. Like any other forward-looking organization, RAMS too has charted out an efficient future plan for itself. Going forward, the company aims to hold on to the consistency it has maintained in terms of growth and expansion. The organization, in the years ahead, plans to focus on the Human Resource Application arena, providing premium service for product implementation, innovation and support.
