The quality of products and expertise in the field of intelligent manufacturing that Risong Technology delivers can be best illustrated with a case study wherein the company successfully deployed an independent brand transmission car project comprising of 208 robots. The project involved the use of advanced technologies of visual guidance, integrated servo positioning, flexible passive trolley, offline commissioning, and more. Backed by Risong Technology’s expertise and solutions, the client achieved a full unmanned production line for the first time, with which five models of common line production could achieve intelligent seamless switching. This generated an annual output of 240,000 units (45 seconds/BIW(car body in white)), thus reaching the highest beat level and the fastest model switching speed. In another impressive feat, Risong Technology contributed to the development of Toyota’s newest TNGA platform’s first overseas factory project, which integrated 164 robot units to reach 52 seconds/BIW(car body in white)’s high-efficiency beat. The project also used Risong Technology’s full platform flexible production and other technologies, to achieve more than 95 percent of the equipment rate and the maximum capacity output per unit area. With the realization of this lean production and full platform flexible production concept, Toyota has become one of the model projects in the global factory.
