In another impressive feat, Risong Technology contributed to the development of Toyota’s newest TNGA platform’s first overseas factory project, which integrated 164 robot units to reach 52 seconds/BIW(car body in white)’s high-efficiency beat. The project also used Risong Technology’s full platform flexible production and other technologies, to achieve more than 95 percent of the equipment rate and the maximum capacity output per unit area. With the realization of this lean production and full platform flexible production concept, Toyota has become one of the model projects in the global factory.
