Quoting an example, he elucidates how Sara assisted an offset printing firm, Pragati, to improve documentation, production scheduling, material planning, and wastage reduction. Before approaching Sara, the client was running SAP as a simple accounting software with no structured documentation of previous work and architecture. To help the company improve the poor standards of documentation, Sara designed a solution to integrate Pragati’s IMP (a production planning tool) with SAP that resulted in improved documentation of various operations and enabled the customer to achieve the desired results.

In another successful project, Sara assisted Liberty, a leading shoe manufacturer company, in upgrading to the SAP HANA solution. With the assistance from Sara, the shoe manufacturer was able to meet the demands of current business setup and improve the efficiency of its operations. Additionally, Sara has also catered some of the well-known names in the country like GVK Bio, Luminous Power, PayTM, and Indian Express.
