This is achieved through an emphasis on ease of use, a concept that Hackett advocates. This user-centric approach not only enhances efficiency but also simplifies the operational process.

SpyderTech’s focus on building an intuitive-to-use system led to the creation of SpyderFlow. The system covers the asset management lifecycle from creation to disposal and gives users full control over the system. SpyderFlow offers a streamlined workflow structure, including scopes, quotes, and work orders, with the system's flexibility allowing users to adapt and navigate it in a way that best suits their own business process processes.

SpyderTech current customer focus is on aged care facilities and social housing with initiatives underway to manage renewable energy industry asserts. As the focus of SpyderFlow is on the work flows to enable efficient asset management moving into new industry segment is a seamless process.

For customers the system has a user-friendly dashboard that displays staff workload insights, showing staff responsibilities based on customizable key performance indicators. The dashboard allows staff members quick access to log issues, with pictures and brief notes, of necessary asset fixes leading to seamless communication with suppliers and asset owners. To enable ease of use the system is available as web and mobile versions and caters to on-site inspections and maintenance activities.

SpyderFlow has calendar scheduling capabilities enabling proactive asset schedule management. The system also provides insight into the license status of staff and subcontractors responsible for property and building maintenance. This provides the ability to know that the work is being undertaken by suitably qualitied and insured supplier be they internal staff or contractors.

In one instance, SpyderFlow is supporting the operations of a provider within the aged care sector. The system enables the serviced aged care customer to directly submit service requests, manage the subcontractors carrying out the work, and provide real-time updates through the system.

The customer had access to its service request module, providing transparency into ongoing activities. The core concept was to move beyond traditional email exchanges by utilizing an integrated system. This allowed a transparent view of the customer's needs, providing real-time visibility as the work progressed, significantly enhancing communication with the customer, who, in turn, could ensure alignment with the preferences of their residents.

What makes our solution different is the concept that users design it for users

To ensure all the data in SpyderFlow is kept secure it has been developed as a cloud-based platform prioritizing adherence to general data protection regulation (GDPR) compliance. The system creates a segregated, isolated, individual customer databases and file store. These files are encrypted to enhance security measures.

To address data sovereignty concerns, SpyderTech sets up specific instances tailored to regions, such as Australia and New Zealand or the UK, ensuring the users of the system sits within their home government regulation. This approach guarantees that data processing occurs within the legal boundaries of the company's or country's jurisdiction.

As part of SpyderTech commitment to continual improvement SpyderTech is moving from connectors, as with our Xero integration, to an open API that can integrate with other systems to create a solution ecosystem within an interconnected asset management network.
