Big data unleashing a world of new possibilities, its growing importance amidst organizations appears unceasing. Reports suggest that an increasing number of CEOs, approximately 80 percent and rising, rank big data and related processes or technologies such as data mining, and analytics as strategically vital elements for their organizations. Taming data, hence, is not the aim anymore; it is harnessing big data to obtain operational and business actionable decision to drive business value. But, that technology relates to the people and processes. “Our ‘Self-Service’ strategy leverages technology to maximize the people and process potentials within an organization,” elucidates Santisook Limpeeticharoenchot, MD, STelligence. Limpeeticharoenchot is passionate about “data-driven for your success”, the firm proffers big data analytics, encompassing both structured and unstructured data for business analytic users, sales & marketing data analyst, enterprise risk team, security operations, and IT operations.

While there could be business users for whom developing in-house analytics capabilities might appear as an attractive solution. They could get trapped between blending multiple data from disparate systems, processes or face profound challenges trying to master complex algorithms, and some end up time consuming activities without getting analytical benefits or report in term of visualization. This limits their potential to drive outcome and competitive advantage.
Redeeming this parochial approach, STelligence proffers end-to-end analytic solutions that take care of the entire process right from data preparation, predictive analytics, machine learning, and visualization for business users and being expandable to all line of business units. As for the ones interested in predictive analytics, STelligence leverages automated machine learning to help business users select the best model from a myriad of model builders and renders deeper model insight and explanation. Limpeeticharoenchot adds, “We have proven our solutions from customer’s return on investment through an increase in business efficiency, profits, provided customer insight, a reduce in risk and cost, and thus, drive efficiency and competitive advantage to our customers.”

The firm also specializes in using data in IT domain, such as monitoring and providing analytics for enterprise, FSI, telecom, cloud provider, and government. The company’s solution also offers the functionalities of data correlation and real-time processing of data to enable IT operation managers to have more capabilities and being able to reach real-time key metrics dashboard for mobile banking, securities trading, email marketing, PCI compliance, security operation centre and network on end-to-end.

The firm, as Limpeeticharoenchot states, is passionate about IT Operation Analytics (ITOA), and being partnerships with global tech giants such as Splunk, NewRelic, Extrahop, and Savvius among many others. “We have crafted many success stories by solving the challenge of IT infrastructure such as pro-active monitoring, end-to-end monitoring and root causes analysis by using our innovative integrated platform,” adds Anapat Pipatkitibodee, Technical Manager, STelligence.

The firm through its inception since 2013 has collaborated with close to 50 organizations spanning across diversified verticals. With the aim to buttress its market stance, the firm has extended its suppliers platform to strengthen its capabilities in every layer of driving value of data from IT stack through business value by providing integration, customization, knowledge transfer and consulting service.

To heighten its capabilities, STelligence plans to draw inspirations and learning from technology partners, co-research, and development with leading universities and national research centers in the near future. “This will empower STelligence leverage newer technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing to solve market-specific problems, enabling the firm to gain a competitive advantage in the ASEAN region in the coming years,” concludes Limpeeticharoenchot.
