All-in-One HR Platform

Remember the days when HR executives were burdened with paperwork for hiring, managing attendance, increments, payrolls, and what not? The job responsibilities of HR professionals remain the same but fortunately, technology has eliminated the paperwork for better. Swingvy is a Singapore and Malaysia based company that has made it possible for SMEs in APAC, most of which rely on legacy HR system that offer limited capabilities, are often offline, and disconnected. “Swingvy automates every administrative work—employee on boarding, database, leave application, payroll, and benefits administration (future feature)—without hassle,” elaborates Jin Choeh, Co-founder & CEO, Swingvy. It is an all-in-one HR platform for SMEs, which seamlessly connects all HR information. Swingvy, with the technology to unify HR process, helps in eliminating hours of paperwork and enables small businesses to focus on less tedious tasks, and more on what matters most—running and growing their business.

HR is a crucial business function which includes multiple facets requiring equal attention. The team at Swingvy understands the pain points of HR management and offers free-of-charge HR software with a full feature of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for which, business owners, pay thousands of dollars on a yearly basis. The company also offers a mobile app, which assures hassle-free user experience as compared to other legacy HR software.

Apart from ensuring great performance and efficiency, Swingvy also abides by the security codes to keep the client’s data safe and secure.

The company’s HR platform offers complete security with its secured infrastructure and PDPA compliance. It is ensured that the clients’ data is encrypted— from login to logout—using the highest encryption standards available. Swingvy employs a 256-bit encryption technology that is also used by banks to keep account information safe. Additionally, the data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), one of the world’s leading cloud-based services.

Conforming to next generation features, desired security protocols, and HRMS system, Swingvy in-tends be a tool that powers the next generation of various enterprises. In the past, the company has assisted numerous SMEs to deal with complexities of HR systems and processes. Discussing one of the challenges faced by a client, Jin says, “One of our clients had an inefficient company policy because of the nature of marketing agency, the management group goes on a business trip quite often. In order to manage employees’ time-off, the company has set a policy that employees need to apply annual leave at least five days in advance.” Swingvy has capably addressed this complexity and allowed its client’s employees to now apply and approve time-off request anytime and anywhere. The company has been addressing several other HR related challenges of its clients across Malaysia and Singapore and now plans to expand its ambit. Swingvy also envisions on introducing new solutions including payroll and employee benefits as the all-in-one HR platform for SMEs. With its payroll, Swingvy aims to offer its clients a completely new HR management experience, which traditional HRMS systems fail to emphasize on. Besides this, the company also focuses on proper management of employees insurance policies. “As for the employee insurance, we’re the only one we know of that aims to knit the three key elements, which means building robust insurance matching and quoting engines, online enrollment tools, and marketplaces where insurance prices can be compared together and connect them to companies' payroll systems to create a coherent benefits service,” concludes Jin.
