Sword Achiever: For all Your Compliance and Governance Needs

Kate Passby, Marketing Director, Sword AchieverKate Passby, Marketing Director
With businesses transcending borders, business operations are growing ever more complex, and it is only imperative that the need to maintain compliance will become ever more exigent. At such times conventional approaches, or say all-in-one compliance solutions, cannot be the panacea for accommodating vastly diversified elements of the compliance ecosystem. This shift in operational dynamics has resultantly increased the demand for Policy Management Software that can help companies remain compliant with policy and regulatory issues, as they focus on their core business functions. And, it is only to cater to this growing demand that a leader in Governance and Compliance software landscape, Sword Achiever, has unveiled the latest addition to its portfolio—Sword Policy Manager. Sword Policy Manager transforms the way organisations manage their policies and compliance requirements. Referring to the system Kate Passby, Marketing Director, Sword Achiever, states, “Our Policy Management system simplifies and automates the tasks of writing, sharing, updating and attesting of policies, ensuring organisations always meet their legal and regulatory obligations. We make it simple to roll out hundreds of policies to thousands of people, globally.”

Sword Policy Manager mitigates risks and liabilities that may arise due to non-compliance. The system stores all type of documents at a centralized location and provides powerful reporting and analytics features to create and manage policy content using customized workflows. It’s uncomplicated and intuitive user interface adds to the ease of use and productivity. Other key features of the system include automatic escalation and integrated e-mail notification, dedicated support for a multi-lingual workforce, and a fully integrated, “at-a-glance” competency and training information section.

Our Policy Management system simplifies and automates the tasks of writing, sharing, updating, and attesting of policies, ensuring organisations always meet their legal and regulatory obligations

While Sword Policy Manager is the latest add-on to the firm’s AchieverPlus software, there are over 38 areas of legislative and regulatory requirements within the GRC framework that the software addresses. This includes Document Management, Audit Management, Risk Management, Supplier Management, and Equipment Management to name a few. Working as a single, integrated system, AchieverPlus provides simple role-based access which improves transparency and control across the organisation. The software creates a central environment to bring together all compliance processes into a comprehensive system. The company’s Enterprise Quality Management system automates workflow, facilitates reporting, and provides document and audit management and integrates the client’s existent platforms such as ERP, CRM, and IT systems if required.

Years of domain expertise empowers the company to understand customer’s business and operational needs, and upgrade the software accordingly. “At Sword Achiever, we have extensive experience of working with some of the world’s largest companies,” expounds Salman Rauf, Commercial Director. The modular design of AchieverPlus software, since the company’s incorporation in 2000, has helped many organisations across Europe, Africa, Far-East, and U.S. to increase their control over operational processes, minimize risks, and ensure compliance. For instance, when Coca Cola Sabco wanted to deploy a user-friendly solution that permits administrator driven configurations instead of costly customization, Sword Achiever came up as the perfect choice for them. Mölnlycke Healthcare is yet another name in the long list of satisfied clients that have leveraged Sword Achiever to gain a competitive edge.

The company plans to continue its focus on providing leading-edge compliance solutions to organisations in an ever-changing globalized economy. Global supply chains are complex that require companies to follow stringent compliance and legislative requirements, and Sword Achiever views it as an opportunity to innovate and grow. Sword Policy Manager is the latest in a line of innovative solutions to support their clients with compliance challenges.
