Powering Field Sales with Digital

In today’s world where digital evolution has become the order of the day, companies digitalize most segments of their sales pipeline to understand customers better and formulate data-centric sales strategies. Field sales force, which happens to be the primary source of real-time customer insights, is however not digitally-enabled in most cases. With the belief that companies can drive unparalleled profits by digitally empowering their field sales force, Jawahar Kanjilal, a field service management veteran, laid the foundation stone of TeamStreamz. “We offer a comprehensive channel enablement mobile-based platform which equips the field workforce with the right information about the products they sell,” says Kanjilal. “It paves the way for them to involve holistically with customers and each other, and also empowers them with the advanced tools to skyrocket sales and keep track of it.” The platform allows companies to capture data from the field in real-time and gain absolute visibility into field sales teams engagement with customers. Companies can also use the platform to seamlessly analyze the performance of their sales workforce and reward them accordingly.

Hosted on the cloud, TeamStreamz’s platform is fast and enables companies to manage their field workforce cost-effectively. It boosts sales enablement by making the field workforce ready to tackle any predicament, and also connecting them together as a larger sales community. The platform’s machine learning capabilities can be leveraged to drive relevant content streams about products to users and engage them with multimedia activities such as video sessions, which can be further used by companies for training new field service agents.

We offer a comprehensive channel enablement mobile-based platform which equips the field workforce with the right information about the products they sell

Also, the real-time data that the platform generates on user’s willingness to purchase products can be accessed to ensure that sales teams are referencing relevant product information to them, and making informed decisions to boost productivity. Also, the ‘ChannelMap’ feature of the platform allows clients to keep pace with ongoing sales strategies. Companies can analyze and understand their brand sentiment among end-customers, and accordingly improve their position in the market with the insights that TeamStreamz’s platform generates for them.

Through the platform’s mobile conversational interface, TeamStreamz allows clients to build high-performance sales teams by allowing the sales personnel to communicate sales strategies, obtain feedback from customers and use those insights to improve their skills. The company uses sophisticated algorithms, analytics engine, a learning pedagogy framework, mobile data, and a robust gamification framework to improve the field sales force performance.

Moreover, the platform is intuitive, reliable, flexible, and supports several languages and time zones. “To make sure that the platform efficiently connects with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP, we have added Rest APIs on the platform.” These Rest APIs connect with enterprise systems and exchange data, making it possible to manage the field sales force remotely. “Also, XLS based tools are included in the platform for seamless upload and download of data,” says Kanjilal.

What makes TeamStreamz’s platform thrive in the market is its compliance with GDPR, and a centralized control feature. A dedicated secure framework controls data and content that are provided to field sales personnel. Permissions are granted based on roles and audit trials are undertaken to prohibit data piracy and leaks.

The diverse functionalities and feature set of the platform have positioned TeamStreamz as a trendsetter in the field service arena. With a keen eye on the future, the company looks forward to expanding the functionalities of its platforms and venture into newer geographic regions.
