From data centralization to security and tracking to regular updates, TimeTec Computing is transforming the way companies deploy, and utilize cloud solutions. Unlike other companies that disregard the issues associated with cloud deployment, and cloud outage, TimeTec Computing ensures an easy deployment, providing an extensive IT support throughout the process, and beyond. “As a company and a brand, we make sure that we supply the information required for our distribution channels and customers to learn about our solutions remotely,” says Teh Hon Seng, Managing Director, TimeTec Computing. Being a recognized cloud solution provider in the APAC region, TimeTec Computing endows clients with the ability to automate office functions, which allow entrepreneurs to spend more time on strategic planning endeavors.

Prior to the advent in cloud business, TimeTec Computing with its advanced biometric solution, FingerTec, was focused on proffering high-tech fingerprint technology for both government, and private sectors. As a company that gives more importance to R&D incubation, today, TimeTec has developed comprehensive cloud solution that takes over the common tasks in managing the workforce in an organization. To arm clients with a holistic solution for meeting the particular tasks in an organization, TimeTec Computing with its TimeTec mobile app has brought forth comprehensive workforce solutions. It includes TimeTec TA for tracking, and monitoring the attendance, TimeTec Leave for employee leave management, TimeTec Hire for staff recruitment, and TimeTec Visitor Management System to keep a tab on the visitors who enter the office environment.

We supply all the information required for our distribution channels and customers to learn about our solutions remotely

Having proven expertise in addressing the specific security needs of various industries since 2000, TimeTec Computing, today, has reinforced its position in security market by offering customized cloud solutions that are solely built for addressing the security needs. These customized solutions include TimeTec Patrol designed to monitor the whereabouts of the patrolling guards for ensuring security, EpiCamera for video storage on cloud, i-Neighbour Visitor Management System to ensure security in residential areas, and TimeTec Access to handle access control. By deploying TimeTec’s workforce solutions in organization, enterprises can meet their business operation’s needs optimally, without having to invest in building system, and infrastructure. In addition, TimeTec also offers scalability, and flexibility for its workforce solutions, which enable clients to optimize cloud solutions.

“When we first launched TimeTec TA solution, helping non-profit organizations to better their operations using the latest technology became a major part of our Corporate Social Responsibility” (CSR), says Hon Seng. Dar Al Ber Society of Dubai one of the first charity organizations in Dubai has been using FingerTec biometric machines from a few years to manage more than 300 employees in 15 locations around the city. With the subscription of TimeTec TA solution, Dar Al Ber Society is armed with the ability to centralize all the data of employees without facing any hindrances. In addition, TimeTecTA has also enabled them to monitor, and track the attendance of employees’ through its TimeTec application, and offers customized report solution—making reporting easier, and procurement of information in real time.

As the company is in the midst of obtaining ISO 27001 in 2017, TimeTec Computing is building mobile solutions to complement the cloud ecology, enabling clients to access the information at anytime.“We are also looking into data analysis and block chain technology researches that are making their impact in the world today,” concludes Hon Seng.
