Perceiving these challenges, Simon Hayden founded Vivid Solutions in 2008 via the NZ Tele Paediatric Service which was operated 2003 till 2008. This set a benchmark for delivering quality conference technology and services to customers that mitigated the risks so they could comfortably focus on their core business, better clinical outcomes. Prior to introducing video conferencing solutions and products for clients from different verticals, the company catered its state of the art video conferencing solutions to paediatric departments at Star ship Children’s Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, where it proved its ability to conduct face-to-face video consultation for their patients and fellow care providers around the country. Today, Vivid Solutions has grown to different units across varying sectors throughout New Zealand and has evolved as a prominent video conferencing solution provider in the health sector. Being an established video conferencing solutions provider in New Zealand , the company has catered its services to various clients including Alexander Consulting, Auckland ADHB, Auckland DHB POSG, Bay of Plenty DHB, Canterbury DHB, Capital & Coast DHB, Cook Islands Government (Ministry of Health) and many more.
