Zeta-V Technology Solutions: Experience New-age Digital Orchestration

CIO VendorSujit Chatterjee, Co-Founder & Executive Director
'Digital Orchestration’ ensures agility and accuracy in the fast-paced corporate layout. It is the key to govern the potential of the IT sector and diminish the void between idea generation and value realization. Hong-Kong based company Zeta-V, founded in 2017 is one such company that aims at creating a marketplace, which allows clubbing tier3, tier4, and tier5 customers mostly from the non-English Asian market. Sujit Chatterjee, Co-founder &Executive Director says, “There is no platform which integrates the difference and links them on one platform to interact by breaking the language barrier created due to cultural nuances. Zeta-V has developed an exclusive platform that connects the clients to a relevant service provider to fix the problems on the nick of time.”

Before the inception of the standard platform offered by Zeta-V, the key players in the market, as well as start-up companies in the non-English market suffered a setback. Owing to the lack of a common language and alongside some cultural nuances, it was difficult for new IT companies in the market to decode investment strategies, formulate competitive pricing, plan significant investments, and determine innovative product lines. Previously consumption of the solutions offered by the small IT companies was localized, and it was not ubiquitous. To address these technical glitches, Zeta-V provides a platform that finds a relevant service provider based on the client’s requirement. After registering itself with Zeta-V, the client fills in the details, and the backend technology helps capture the primary language. Thereby fixing the problem and overcoming the barrier put forth by language and cultural nuances.
Zeta-V provides shared services, market development, strategic fulfillment and digital transformation services to its clients. Zeta-V also offers an integrated portfolio that comprises digitally powered specialty sourcing & skill augmentation, program management & governance, business technology consulting and Joint IP Co-creation and Monetization services according to clients’ requirements. These services are provided and sent across to clients through its patented Zeta-Value Multiplier Framework (zVMF) and Intelligent Partner Ecosystem SIDCOP. Zeta-V reaches out to its client base by joining hands with their local government irrespective of their topographical location. Zeta-V sets up corridors or hubs all across the globe for serving the needs of their clients and provides teams that work with the local government and local providers at a fraction of the cost incurred by the company otherwise. Apart from that, they also offer shared services including accounting, HR, fulfillment & market development that are required for sale in foreign countries with the client not having to invest on any extra cost.

With strong supports from India’s National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) and local Chinese Government, two dedicated IT Corridors have been successfully set up in Dalian City and Guiyang City of China. These IT Corridors provide exclusive places for interested Indian IT providers to start operations and cooperation with local solution seekers. Zeta-V, as the operator of NASSCOM (IT) Corridors in China, has assisted Chinese and Indian IT hubs collaborate to promote a "co-create culture." The platform developed by Zeta-V for NASSCOM IT Corridors in China is Sino-Indian Digital Collaboration Opportunity Plaza (SIDCOP), which is an intelligent collaborative platform driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Indian IT Solution Providers and Chinese IT Solution Seekers. Zeta-V intends to set around twenty-five hubs or corridors in the Asian& European region in the next five years.

Depending on whether any company is looking forward to market entry, market development or a turnaround, Zeta-V frames market development strategies, as per the requirement. Zeta-V depends on digitization to erase physical barriers when it comes to hiring people. As a system integrator, this company focuses on skill development by hiring interns from universities and equips them with the advanced technical skills required to deliver seamless output in the IT set up. Zeta-V has already established two corridors or hubs in China and aims at creating two more by the end of next year. Zeta-V is roughly 16 months old, and in this short span, it has progressed significantly to serve as an ideal for upcoming start-up companies.
