Accentuate
An All in One CRM Solution

Accentuate Pte Ltd was founded by a Singaporean Entrepreneur, Tan Kian Hui. His friends call him Ken Tan. Growing up in Singapore has given Ken the opportunity to understand the dynamics of Asian businesses and the culture behind them. It is with this knowledge and experience that Ken saw an opportunity in the market.

While there are many great CRM solutions in the market; they are mostly very specialized. Staying laser focused has allowed these companies to deep dive and develop complex and interesting CRM features and functions, such as integration with 10 different accounting software, 10 different auto responders, 10 different project management tools, and the list goes on; unfortunately, these integrations inevitably has to reach a diminishing point of return for clients. At any point in time, each business can only be using 1 accounting software, 1 auto-responder, and 1 project managing tool.

Accentuate CRM has taken a different approach. Instead of trying to integrate with all the other software in the world and be busy building patches due to third party software updates, they invested time and money to build these modules themselves; as such there is no need to integrate with any third party providers. Accentuate CRM’s clients enjoy benefits of full accounting features. Clients can also add-on a ton more features to streamline operations by simply toping up their subscription.

With a dream to provide affordable, yet fully complete solution to average small SMEs, Entrepreneur—Ken bootstrapped his business and put all his bets in it

“The one thing that sets Accentuate CRM apart from the rest of their competitor is the company’s full accounting capability,” says Tan Kian Hui, MD, Accentuate CRM. Most competition becomes handicapped in the domain of invoicing and accounting. Certainly not Accentuate CRM. The company prides themselves as one of the very few CRM providers to have great understanding of accounting principles as well as processes.

This has put Accentuate CRM leaps and bounds ahead of their competition and most definitely qualifies them as one of the top CRM providers in Asia. Clients using Accentuate CRM no longer need to buy any more third party software. They have a complete range of modules that client can request for their business. In case, the module requested by the client is unavailable, Accentuate CRM provides the option to customize a new module as well.

With the standard package, clients can manage leads through their pipeline, create and send well formatted quotations to customers and finally turn it into an invoice to collect payments. They are also fully integrated with several payment gateways which allow clients to collect online payments right out of the box.

Kim Fresh Trading LLP is a good case study to encourage businesses that are sitting on the fence trying to decide if Accentuate CRM is suitable for them. Since Kim Fresh Started using Accentuate CRM two years ago, the company had since migrated the rest of their three sister companies to use the same solution. As their business grew, they bought addons that extended their CRM functionalities like auto-cost averaging from purchases, multiple warehouses, inventory valuation, and many more.

Software as a service is one of the most challenging businesses to build regardless of geography. With a dream to provide affordable, yet fully complete solution to average small SMEs, Entrepreneur—Ken bootstrapped his business and put all his bets in it.
