DIGITAL ALCHEMY: Dynamic Decision-powered Personalized CEM Solutions

    CIO VendorRegan Yan, CEO
The experience of signing into email accounts is quite the same for almost everybody; they are usually flooded with multiple promotional emails from hordes of companies, and we seldom take a look at them. Incidentally, most of them end up in our junk or the spam folder. For a company this highlights the faulty marketing strategies that constrain their recognition in today’s highly-competitive market. “In most cases, businesses erroneously succumb to easy, indifferent execution of marketing automation technologies like emails rather than enabling highly targeted, relevant marketing communications,” mentions Regan Yan, CEO at Digital Alchemy. The APAC’s leading company attempts to “unlock true data value for customers” by evaluating products, content, and offers for customers on a one-to-one basis according to their individual needs, thus increasing customer engagement and client's profitability.

According to Yan, for successful marketing and proliferating customer outreach, businesses should imple-ment technologies that enable automated decisions pertaining to “which customers to target, what offers or content to present, and executing how to present it.” Automating the execution aspect is relatively simple, but the decisions around targeting explicit customers and presen-ting individually tailored content, products, and offers to customers are particularly challenging," adds Yan.
Digital Alchemy's solutions, uDecide and CoreBox, comprehensively tackle these very significant market challenges with an automated dynamic decision making process. The intelligent uDecide engine intensively analyzes an organization's customer-related data, such as customer details, transactions, and customer preferences. The platform then precisely identifies and provides automated decisions on the offers and communicative content relevant for each customer separately. At this point CoreBox steps in and seamlessly automates the execution process by sharing the personalized offers and contents, decided by uDecide, with the relevant customer through the customer's preferred medium of channel—text, email, or calls. Digital Alchemy's solutions, therefore, allow an organization to distinctly target and communicate with each customer individually to provide unique, personalized customer experiences and outcomes at much lower investments and without deployment hassles.

Digital Alchemy further elevates its expertise in delivering customer relevant marketing solutions to a new stratum with its newest product, uDiscover. This automated, intelligent engine, powered by behavioral trends analytics and organizational data, assists enterprises in targeting specific group of individuals that are more likely to exhibit a specific purchasing behavior. Yan exemplifies—an organization might want to target specific customers who spend more on clothing products than home appliances, in order to boost its clothing sales. uDiscover could assist the organization in identifying that specific group of customers who are more likely to spend in clothing than in other categories. Upon identification of the target customer base, the client can connect uDecide to develop relevant offers and content for each of those customers, and then implement CoreBox to effortlessly reach out to them.

Digital Alchemy's intelligent marketing solutions extend a comprehensive customer lifecycle management experience for its clients and the firm has won multiple awards owing to its innovative approach towards CEM. The company also partners with acclaimed industry players like IBM, Cloudera that has empowered Digital Alchemy to concentrate its long-term future focus on automating other parts of the marketing process, in addition to strengthening its current solutions portfolio. For the immediate future, Yan notes that Digital Alchemy harbors expansion plans. “With present operations spanning across six countries, Digital Alchemy plans to penetrate into Europe and America in the near future, leveraging on partnerships with organizations from these markets.”
