Using Microsoft architecture and Workplace for SAP services, Dowser enabled them to execute and manage the work order at these plants remotely. The solution also included easy migration of 1M+ documents to SharePoint by using the content migration enabler tool of Dowser.

Moving ahead, the company has a vision of building a solid bridge between various cloud app providers. Upholding the innovation spirit, most of the company revenue is kept apart for research and experiments. The group is now coming up with a product in Internet of Things to help manage engineering changes.
