Clawing through Technology to Publicize Management

Internet and blockchain technology is evolving and changing the manner in which people interact with one another. With this progression in mind, Aragon has taken initiative to build the tools for the new generation of organizations to take advantage of this revolution. Aragon was developed to bring transparency and autonomous governance to managing an organization.

Aragon is a project that uses blockchain technology to disintermediate the creation and maintenance of organizational structures. The company wants to empower people all over the world to manage their organizations easily and securely. Aragon provides the tools for anyone to become a businessman and run their own organization, to take control of their own lives. The primary objective of Aragon would be to decentralize organizations to solve the globe’s worst issues. This decentralized design ensures a borderless and unauthorized way to operate without the fear of interfering with a government or a malicious third party. We believe that the blockchain and the Internet are changing the incentives for businesses to exist, and we are building tools for the next generation of businesses that will benefit from these changes. Using the aragonOS architecture, Aragon organizations can be upgraded seamlessly. By using the decentralized court system, a digital jurisdiction that only operates online and uses the client’s peer to resolve issues; the platform can resolve disputes between two parties.

Aragon is now considering launching a second Polkadot network, an interoperability protocol. The platform idea is to help developers build consensus and deliveries of transactions on various blockchains. What the platform usually does for their customers is to implement side chains and then connect those side chains to the main net ETH. Polkadot is building a future in which they can do this in a much more optimized way, using technology that was created to do the things they do every day. Aragon's exploration of a possible launch of the Polkadot network will run parallel to its ongoing research on the upgrade to the upcoming ETH, known as Serenity. The plan is to create many interoperable blockchains and work together instead of being competitors, and this would create a multi-chain universe for cryptocurrencies. This might give the ETH community another reason not to be too scared, as the project supervisors may not be personally interested in turning Polkadot into an Ethereum substitute.
