TOKYO: Fujitsu announces its systematization of its digital marketing-related products and solutions in the form of FUJITSU Digital Marketing Platform CX360. This platform has been created with the aim of supporting services through their course of initiation to implementation. It enables optimal marketing to be conducted across organizations to each individual customer.
With this platform, Fujitsu is providing solutions centered on e experience Data Platform (XDP) and consulting that supports customers in framingstrategies helping customers integrate the wide variety of data in their operational systems.
CX360 is comprised of three frameworks- Solutions, Teams and Community. The ‘Solutions’ helps companies with their digital marketing strategies by providing customer-centric real-time marketing. It is a series of solutions centered on the XDP, which enables users to understand changes in the status of individual customers in real time, and act accordingly.
The ‘Teams’, built up of approximately 100-person-strong digital marketing professionals including marketing consultants, data engineers and data curators, offers consulting, designing, developing, building applications and platforms, and providing service operations and support using machine learning technology.
The "Community" promotes co-creation with partners providing radical technology, services and consulting to the wide-ranging marketing environment surrounding digital marketing products and solutions.
