Collaboration is believed to be the key for any organization to succeed today. Businesses will have to interact efficiently with both external and internal parties for fostering a new culture in businesses where engagement is rewarded continuously. Intelligent collaboration includes the implementation of intelligence solutions into collaborative interactions for gaining deeper insights and better decision-making capabilities. This might involve virtual assistance to make interactions easier, such as is the case with Amazon’s Alexa and Apple’s Siri, or it may mean bots helping with automated tasks.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled collaboration solutions possess the ability to enhance the speed and efficiency in aggregating valuable information. AI can seamlessly enable organizations to transform the way sales teams interact with their current and prospective customers; can help intelligently shape conversations to retrieve valuable feedback needed to keep the conversation going.

Within an organization, employees attending meetings can witness a large lift in their daily productivity and time efficiency. By allowing the software crunch the entirety of content, AI devices enable businesses to not only learn what is considered worth transcribing but also understand the speaker, assign tasks to people automatically as well as notify about upcoming meetings and participant lists. All this allows for forgoing attentively sifting through previously recorded meetings, trying to determine time points when a speaker spoke, trying to match names to faces, or missing on important content due to manual transcriptions.
