StreamLine Partners: Digital Transformation through Optimized Workflow

On their critical journey towards digital transformation organizations face a number of imposing challenges— not least of which is the frighteningly rapid pace of technological change. For an organization looking to make sense of this complex environment and navigate their way on their digital transformation journey there are a number on consultants on the market that are willing to offer their services. These consultants can typically help companies out with streamlining and optimizing workflow management but many organizations are often reluctant to seek their help because of the sizeable fees involved and the often slow pace of delivery. This leaves many companies in a real bind; they know they need help to get to where they need to get on their digital transformation destination, but they are not confident of engaging with the consultants that could possibly help them. But that no longer needs to be the case. StreamLine Partners, a Queensland-headquartered company with a nationwide presence, has designed its business around putting the needs of the customer first to give companies the confidence to engage and seek the expert help they need. StreamLine Partners brings to the table a highly experienced team of experts, possessing extensive industry experience in ‘Making IT Easier’ through implementation, configuration and integration of automation technology.

“We leverage technology to perfection to help customers integrate systems, optimize business processes and workflows through automation,” says Andy Matus, Managing Partner at StreamLine Partners. StreamLine Partners has crafted a robust digital strategy, which utilizes Agile wrapped inPRINCE2, a unique project management solution. “Agile gives organizations the ability to comprehend their unique customer requirements quickly and effortlessly,” says Matus. This combined delivery model helps execute projects on-time and on-schedule, helping clients to achieve the best outcome.

StreamLine Partners implements and configures Cherwell software and ScienceLogic products (IT services and operations management platforms) to automate business workflow functions, including finance, human resource, payroll, IT management and monitoring.
What StreamLine Partners brings to the table is a unique ability to configure products to the custom requirements of its clients, whilst leveraging the ‘out-of-the-box’ benefits.

StreamLine Partners’ unique design strategy helps clients to overhaul their existing process using data-driven workflows without having to re-engineer their tooling configuration each time additional workflow automation is required. In addition to the standard IT services and operations management, the team at StreamLine Partners also provides a wide range of consultancy services that are aimed at alleviating project management risks, translating into rapid return on investment. In addition to the solutions it offers StreamLine Partners’ training services are tailored to the needs of its clients to ensure the administrators and professionals achieve the organization’s most ambitious goals with ease.

StreamLine Partners has already carved out a strong track record in helping organizations automate their workflows and attain extraordinary results. In one case a Sydney-based client was facing hurdles to automate their business processes but was nervous about engaging with a consultant because of their fears on how much it would cost them to get a consultant to configure each part of the workflow process. However, once StreamLine Partners stepped in and changed the delivery, design and strategy being used by the client the results were dramatic and the client achieved smooth workflow as well as drastic improvements in employee productivity and organizational efficiency.

Having achieved so much in such a short space of time StreamLine Partners has committed an expansion strategy and is looking to build on its rapid growth in 2018 by adding to its QLD, VIC and WA hubs, with a new centre in NSW opening in January and will add more locations in the APAC region later in the year. “The fact of the matter is that getting their digital transformation right tops the agenda of every business no matter where they are located—that means there are significant growth opportunities for our company in the market,” says Matus.
