The permeation of financial technologies in banks and the corporate world has forever changed the methods by which individuals conduct and manage transactions. With stringent regulatory laws in play, and governing bodies maintaining a constant eye on the organizations’ operational structures, these software solutions reduce the burden of the multiple challenges they face. While major companies are deploying best of breed platforms to stay compliant and avoid risks, smaller and mid-sized companies find it hard to match budgets. This scenario often leaves many of them exposed to fraud and other dangers.

Enter Trintech, a financial solutions provider that not only caters to large enterprises but also creates platforms for startups and fast-growing companies. The technological engines are capable of increasing efficiency, visibility, and control to minimize resources, costs, and risks across the entire ‘Record to Report’ process in the organizations. Another area that Trintech helps its clients counter is cybersecurity. The financial institutions are getting accustomed to using the latest computational innovations, which, in turn, has led to a surge in data influx. As the information may be sensitive, firms always are in the middle of the raging battle to protect their data from falling into the wrong hands, and with Trintech’s solutions, they are protected end-to-end. Besides the comprehensive fintech solutions, Trintech also includes ERP, cloud solutions, and more as part of its exemplary product suite.

    Reliable Fintech Solutions

Cadency, Trintech’s flagship fintech solution is capable of stitching together all record to report procedures into a single and seamless structure. Companies utilizing this solution can see an immediate change in the methods by which its monetary tracking is processed and take adequate measures to be more productive and efficient during closing cycles.
Cadency allows its users to continually improve account reconciliation, journal entry, close management, and financial and disclosure reporting processes while also ensuring that the entire operation is done with compliance with the current regulations.

Trintech’s approach allows for a single avenue of ERP information, and ensures that all program structures are up-to-date with a user’s financial data

For small and mid-sized firms, Trintech has specially designed and developed Adra, a fintech suite that elevates all of its financial closing processes. Under the Adra umbrella of solutions, Trintech provides its clients with the Adra Balancer, Matcher, and Task Manager. Together, these solutions bring speed, accuracy, control, and automation to the entire enterprise financial reconciliation process.

Trintech offers T-Recs, an account reconciliation solution capable of handling even the most complex General Ledger reconciliations in high-volumes. While companies have performed this process manually due to a lack of trust, T-Recs automation engine ensures the elimination of risk caused by human-made errors while significantly saving hours spent on the reconciliation process.

    Extended Product Stack

In addition to the best of breed fintech solutions, Trintech offers its clients ERP and cloud solutions that can further accelerate the financial record to report operations.

Often, modern ERP solutions will require consumers to maintain two sources of data, and this creates the risk of asynchrony between the multiple silos. Trintech’s approach paves the path for a unified location for the entire ERP information and ensures that all program structures are up-to-date.

The cloud technologies continue to make their mark within the enterprise realm, given their ability to increase accessibility and reliability. Besides improving the security posture, they also bring substantial benefits. Trintech provides its hosted solutions and SaaS to its clients with all of these features through its industry-leading private cloud. It enables users to have dedicated databases, end-to-end encryption, application instances, and servers, along with multiple layers of network security controls.
    Carrying the Success Baton

Trintech stays ahead of the competition in the fintech solution provider arena and has a presence in over 100 countries. It has amassed an extensive clientele of more than 3,500 companies and 275,000 users.

One instance that reiterates Trintech’s leadership in the industry is when it was approached by a major global pharmaceutical company that wanted to standardize and automate its financial processes. The team from Trintech began the process to integrate its record to report solution Cadency to optimize resources and improve transparency and governance across the whole infrastructure. By enabling the client SAP ERP system to work with its solution, Trintech created a workflow structure that improved the overall user productivity for the client. It also increased the visibility of accounts reconciliation validation flow that enabled the client’s management team to make informed decisions in the areas of budget planning and execution.

Another instance where Trintech excelled as the go-to financial solutions partner is when a large general builders’ merchant company reached out to them for help to overcome the challenges in keeping track of reconciling transactions that were being processed manually. The Adra solutions allowed the client to gain control and attain visibility, enabling 1.6 million transactions to be matched automatically as per the recommended regulatory standards.

    A Promising Future

As one of the key fintech solutions provider, Trintech has not only drove its business to success but also has nurtured great relationships with its clients. Trintech can be expected to unveil the techniques by which its flagship solution Cadency can seamlessly and bidirectionally connect to SAP S/4HANA ERP platform. The entire operation will substantially reduce cost, time, and risk of data integration between SAP and Cadency while keeping the ERP system as a single point of access for all financial data and processes of an organization. Further, Trintech will as invest in research and development to identify any issues that need to be rectified in the financial process structure to enhance its already state-of-the-art solutions and to release more futuristic fintech solutions.
